Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING


Your will have the choice at order check out to choose: UPS ground or US Mail service.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Los Angeles area.

Please allow 1 -2 days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Shipping time-in-transit takes between 1 and 6 working days (M-F).

UPS Next Day, Two Day and 3 Day options are also available at checkout

Express options are available for US orders only.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship retail orders only to Canada and the United States. Please note that shipping charges are calculated as US Mail only and are determined by package weight . Any applicable taxes and duties that may apply are your responsibility and vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs regulations. Rock Scissor Paper is not responsible for these charges nor for lost packages once the shipment leaves the United States post office.

OUR RETURN POLICY

RETAIL ORDERS:  You may return any unopened/unused merchandise* within 30 days from the date you received it for either a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.

*Custom printed items (such as invitations, personalized holiday cards and personalized stationery) are non-refundable.

We recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex or other carrier. 
Rock Scissor Paper is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.

Include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will either send the exchange merchandise to you, or refund the amount of the merchandise to your original form of payment. You will receive an email letting you know when we receive it, as well as receipt.

 

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders are not eligible return.  All sales are final.
